Avira heavy-lift system over an offshore platform
Autonomous Heavy Lift

Avira

Heavy-lift cargo, reimagined — moving what matters to places infrastructure cannot reach, without a crew on board.

The System

Heavy lift, reimagined

The Avira is a heavy-lift system designed for versatile cargo transport — from offshore resupply to construction, disaster relief and industrial logistics in the hardest-to-reach places on earth.

Fully autonomous and engineered for payload, the Avira removes the cost and risk of crewed heavy-lift aviation while opening routes that road, sea and conventional aircraft simply cannot serve.

  • 3-tonne initial lift capacity — in service configuration from day one.
  • 8-tonne roadmap — set to expand with the introduction of advanced engines within two years.
  • Versatile missions — offshore platforms, remote industry, humanitarian and infrastructure support.
  • Crewless operation — autonomous flight removes crew cost and exposure on high-risk routes.

The Avira programme adds a further 400 skilled roles to the Fixius Aviation Hub.

Where It Works

Built for the missions others can't fly

Offshore & Energy

Resupply for platforms, wind farms and remote energy assets — heavy loads delivered without a landing strip.

Industrial & Construction

Moving equipment and materials into mines, sites and infrastructure projects beyond the reach of roads.

Humanitarian & Relief

Rapid delivery of aid and heavy supplies into disaster zones where conventional logistics have broken down.
